S&H/LeBlanc International - Washington, D.C.

GTG's partner in Washington, J. LeBlanc International, LLC [JLI], formed a unique partnership with Smith & Harroff, Inc. to provide the international technology industry with public affairs and communications services.  As a "full service" communications agency, the firm has a proven track record in creating and delivering high-quality communications products including national and local advertising, media relations, public relations, direct mail and marketing campaigns.

Mr. Jim LeBlanc of JLI has extensive public and political experience at senior levels in the Government of Canada, serving as Chief of Staff to two senior Cabinet Ministers - the Secretary of State for External Affairs and International Trade; and the Minister of Science and Technology.  He adds to the S&H team extensive and successful experience in the development of strategic partnerships and alliances between technology firms and organizations in the Greater Washington Region and those internationally.  He also provides effective strategic business intelligence, competitive intelligence assessments, and advice and council on profiling and positioning strategies.  He also occupies the position of Senior Associate, Americas Program at the
Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington and is a past Board Member of the Northern Virginia Technology Council.

CFN Consultants - Halifax & Ottawa

CFN is a leading consultancy firm headquartered in Ottawa with its Atlantic Office in Halifax, specializing in dealing with relations with the Canadian government with expertise in the areas of aerospace & defence industry, business, materiel, information management and information technology.

GTG and CFN partnered to conduct the market research and executive matchmaking for the Pan-Atlantic Science, Technology and Trade Mission to the United Kingdom and the 2004 Farnborough International Air Show in July 2004.

The Federation Group - Boston

The Federation Group of companies provides international business consulting advice and hands-on assistance to companies dealing in international trade, investments, finance and business expansion. Federation provides services through its companies based in Halifax, Boston and Barbados, as well as through its extensive network of international strategic alliance partners.

GTG's principal is pleased to have co-founded the TECH-table, a dynamic business and technology oriented executive networking forum based in Halifax, with the motto of "Have Fun. Make Money", and now serves as a Director.
